The whole idea behind this ad was to see what we could do with a much tighter budget. We had a compressed time frame and budget, so instead of shooting in LA, we decided to shoot in Charlotte, where LendingTree is headquartered. We casted actors in Atlanta, scouted locations in Uptown, and hired a local crew. The result was a commercial that looked as polished as our other commercials, but made for less than half the cost.
