For years I’ve been drawing daily sticky note doodles and putting them in my kids’ lunchboxes. They’re teenagers now, and I’m still doing it. I put this video together to showcase them. This doesn’t tell you a lot about me as an executive creative team leader, but I guess it tells you a bit about who I am as a dad, which is its own kind of leadership.
